免疫治療（英語：Immunotherapy），是指通過誘導、增強或抑制免疫反應的疾病治療方法。其中旨在引起或增強免疫反應的免疫療法，稱為激活免疫療法（activation immunotherapies），而減少或抑制免疫反應則是抑制免疫療法（suppression immunotherapies）。
