肉芽腫性多血管炎（granulomatosis with polyangiitis, GPA）又稱韋格納肉芽腫（wegenergranulomatosis，WG），是一種壞死性肉芽腫性血管炎，屬自身免疫性疾病。臨床少見，表現復雜多樣，診斷困難，容易誤診。
