    　　在性交前20分鐘將藥片置于舌下，約10分鐘后溶解吸收.用藥前宜少量飲水，以便濕潤口腔，使藥物易于自行溶解. 本品的起始劑量為一次2mg，未達到治療作用時，劑量可依次增加至一次3mg或4mg.
