由米曲霉（Aspergillus oryzoe)、寄生曲霉（Asp.parasitieus)、黑曲霉（Aspergillus niger)及青霉（Penicillium decumbens)的培養液用低溫至室溫的水浸提后用低溫乙醇或含水乙醇處理而得。
