干( gàn) 細胞（stem cell）是一類具有自我復制能力（self-renewing）的多潛能細胞。在一定條件下，它可以分化成多種功能細胞。根據干細胞所處的發育階段分為胚胎干細胞（embryonic stem cell，ES細胞）和成體干細胞（somatic stem cell）。
