      國家自然科學基金委員會堅決貫徹落實中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳《關于進一步加強科研誠信建設的若干意見》《關于進一步弘揚科學家精神加強作風和學風建設的意見》精神,為凈化學術生態,保障高水平科技自立自強,持續深入開展科研誠信建設,對涉及國家自然科學基金的科研不端行為進行嚴肅查處。國家自然科學基金委員會監督委員會對受理的科研誠信案件開展調查核實、綜合研判,依照《國家自然科學基金條例》《國家自然科學基金委員會監督委員會對科學基金資助工作中不端行為的處理辦法(試行)》《國家自然科學基金項目科研不端行為調查處理辦法》等法規制度提出處理建議。國家自然科學基金委員會2022年度第2次委務會議經審議,決定對相關涉事主體進行處理。現將其中給予通報批評的10份處理決定(網絡發布版)予以公布。
