      The organizers of the 6th Asia-Pacific Winter Conference on Plasma Spectrochemistry (APWC) cordially invite you to participate in this great event of the spectrochemical world, to be held in Xiamen, China. Stimulated by the ceaseless growth in popularity of plasma sources for atomization and excitation in atomic spectroscopy and ionization in mass spectrometry, and urgent need to discuss recent developments of plasma in spectrochemical analysis, this conference is organized. Besides it will bring together international scientists experienced in theory, instrumentation and applications to discuss and promote progress in the field. The objective of this conference is “to bring together spectroscopists on a worldwide scale to stimulate contacts and exchange of experiences”. It will consist of plenary and parallel sessions, poster presentation, and an instruments exhibition. World-famous scientists will be invited to give plenary and keynote lectures at the conference. Also, social program, excursion, as well as program for accompanying persons will be nicely organized.

      8. Call for contributions

       Abstract contents:All the papers that have not been published on academic journals and conference can contribute to this meeting. The contents of abstracts and papers should be original and in accordance with the conference theme.

      Abstract format: Abstracts should be arranged in 1 page of A4 paper (not exceed 2 pages of A4 paper). We suggest that the template of abstract would be used, which can be downloaded at DOWNLOADS as Abstract template for APWC2015.

      Abstract submission and date due: abstracts should be sent to the following email: apwc2015@xmu.edu.cn. The abstract submission deadline is March 15, 2015. You will receive a confirm letter via email if your abstract has been accepted.

      12. The location of conference

      The location of conference is Xiamen Xinglin Bay Hotel (杏林灣大酒店). It is located in Xinglin bay area, adjacent to the famous tourist attractions, such as Xiamen Garden Expo Park, turtle Garden, and Jimei School Village. Xiamen Xinglin Bay Hotel is a five-star standard coast-garden type conference hotel invested by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Xiamen Xinglin Bay Hotel is the best choice for leisure vacation, business meetings and go sightseeing, it also integrates swimming pool, sauna, SPA, KTV, gym, badminton gymnasium and chess room.
