BCEIA2019學術報告會大會報告出爐！精彩內容搶先看

　　業界人士翹首以盼的第十八屆北京分析測試學術報告會暨展覽會（BCEIA2019）將于2019年10月23-26日在北京?國家會議中心舉行。本屆展會將繼續堅持“分析科學 創造未來”的方向，圍繞“生命 生活 生態——面向綠色未來”的主題組織學術報告會、專題論壇和儀器展。

　　本屆大會主席由中華人民共和國科學技術部原副部長程津培院士擔任，學術委員會主席由南京大學陳洪淵院士擔任。會議將邀請波士頓大學Catherine E Costello教授、美國圣母大學Norman J.Dovichi教授等10位國內外知名學者做大會報告，介紹國際前沿新技術、新方法、新成果。同時召開電子顯微學及材料科學、質譜學、光譜學、色譜學、磁共振波譜學、電分析化學、生命科學中的分析技術、環境分析、化學計量與標準物質以及標記免疫分析10個分會報告會。根據當前熱點組織專題論壇、同期會議等，更好的促進專家、學者及企業的廣泛交流，提高我國分析科學的發展。

　　BCEIA2019同期展覽會，新增展覽面積9000m2，總展覽面積35000m2，以展示世界各國分析測試領域新技術方法、新儀器設備、零部件等。同時，還將繼續設立國家重大科學儀器設備開發專項展，新增地方科學儀器開發專項專區，集中展示各專項實施以來取得的階段性成果。 [小清新分割線]

報告題目：In-situ Electron Microscopy Towards Materials Design And Functional Evolution

　　張澤院士，浙江大學材料科學與工程學院教授，浙江大學學術委員會主任，是材料科學和晶體結構專家，長期從事準晶、低維納米材料等電子顯微結構研究，科研能力強，學風嚴謹，學術造詣深。他將原子層次顯微結構分析與材料科學中重要問題相結合，系統研究和解決了準晶、低維納米材料等國際材料科學的一些重要問題，取得了創造性研究成果。現任國家重大基礎研究項目（973）首席科學家、國家自然科學基金委員會數學物理科學部第四屆專家咨詢委員會委員、中國分析測試協會理事長、中國電子顯微鏡學會理事長、中國物理學會、中國材料研究學會和中國創新方法研究會副理事長、中國晶體學會常務理事。

報告題目：Mass Spectrometric Investigations of Molecular

　　Catherine E. Costello is a Professor in the Dept. of Biochemistry, Boston University. She founded the BU School of Medicine Center for Biomedical Mass Spectrometry in 1994. Her research centers on development and application of Ms-based methods to study glycobiology, protein post-translational modifications and folding disorders, cardiovascular and infectious diseases, and bioactive lipids. She has authored -350 scientific papers. She is President of the International Mass Spectrometry Foundation, a member of the Boards of Directors of US-HUPO and the Malta Conferences Foundation, a Councilor of the American Chemical Society, and a member of several editorial and advisory boards. She served as President of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (2002-04) and President of the Human Proteome Organization (2011-12). She has received the HUPO Awards for Discovery in Proteomics and Contributions to Proteomics, the IMSF Thomson Medal and the ACS Field and Franklin Award, and is an ACS Fellow

報告題目：The road to industrialization of graphene

　　劉忠范院士，現任北京石墨烯研究院院長。主要從事納米碳材料、二維原子晶體材料和納米化學研究，在石墨烯、碳納米管的化學氣相沉積生長方法研究領域做出了一系列開拓性和引領性的工作，是國際上具有代表性的納米碳材料研究團隊之一。發表SC1檢索學術論文560余篇；申請中國發明ZL105項；獲授權37項近年來在石墨烯研究領域不斷取得重要突破。曾獲日中科技交流協會“有山兼孝紀念研究獎”（1992）、國家杰出青年科學基金（1994）、香港求是科技基金會杰出青年學者獎（1997）、中國分析測試協會科學技術獎一等獎（2005）、教育部高等學校科學技術獎自然科學一等獎（2007）、國家自然科學二等獎（2008）、中國化學會－阿克蘇諾貝爾化學獎（2012）、寶鋼優秀教師特等獎（2012）、日本化學會膠體與界面化學年會Lectureship Award（2016）、北京大學方正教師特別獎（2016）、“北京市優秀教師”稱號（2017）、國家自然科學二等獎（2017）、ACS Nano Lectureship Award（2018）等。

報告題目：Capillary electrophoresis coupled with next-generation DNA sequencing for metagenomic analysis of a microbiome

　　Norman Dovichi ， 美國圣母諾特丹大學教授， Analytical Chemistry 副主編。研究領域包括DNA測序、生物單分子檢測和蛋白質高分辨分離分析的新技術和新方法等。提出了基于96通道毛細管電泳的第一代基因測序技術，推動了了人類基因組計劃的完成。曾獲：美國電泳協會終身成就獎2018；美國化學會分析化學部光譜化學分析獎2003；化學儀器獎

　　1996；分析化學家協會分析化學獎2013；加拿大化學會 Fisher獎1998。

報告題目：Human Frataxin and its Role in iron Delivery during Biosynthesis of Iron-Sulfr Clusters

　　John Markely是美國威斯康星－麥迪遜大學教授，斯坦博克名譽教授， NMRFAM和BMRB主任。主要從事生物核磁共振方向的研究，專注于液體核磁共振解析生物大分子復合物的方法學和結構分析，目前已發表超過250篇學術論文。Markey教授組織成立了著名的生物核磁數據庫（www.bmrb.wisc.edu），是目前最為廣泛使用的生物大分子核磁共振數據庫，收錄了上萬個生物大分子的核磁數據。Markey教授是包括 Nature雜志在內的十余個高水平國際期刊的編委。他在數十個國際專業組織中擔任或曾經擔任學術顧問，獲得多項學術獎勵。

報告題目：Analysis of Electrochemical Energy Processes by Developing In-situ/Operando Spcetroscopy

　　孫世剛院士，廈門大學化學系，研究方向是譜學電化學，表面電化學，電催化、納米材料、能源電化學等現任教育部科學技術委員會學風建設委員會委員，化學化工學部常務副主任，中國化學會常務理事，中國微米納米技術學會常務理事，固體表面物理化學國家重點實驗室學術委員會主任，973計劃能源科學領域專家咨詢組成員，任國際 Electro chimica Acta副主編、J． Electroanal．Chem．， Function a Materials Letters International J. Anal chem．和國內《應用化學》編委，《物理化學學報》和《光譜學與光譜分析》副主編、《電化學》主編于2005和2007年分別當選英國皇家化學會會士和國際電化學會會士。

報告題目：Functional DNA Nanotechnology and its Applications in Environmental Monitoring, Medical Diagnostics and Imaging

　　陸藝教授，美國伊利諾伊大學香檳分校化學系、生物化學系、材料科學及工程系、生物工程系終身教授，HHMI教授；在伊利諾伊大學 Beckman研究所、生物物理及定量生物學研究所、生物基因組學研究所生物系統設計方向、納米技術及精準藥物方向任職。研究領域集中在生物合成化學及催化蛋白的機制以及應用，包括金屬蛋白催化劑模擬、信息化預測蛋白活性、多種蛋白質的氧化還原電勢調節、電子傳遞蛋白改造、氮氧化物還原酶應用等。研究工作得到了美國國立衛生研究院、美國自然科學基金、能源部資助，在 Nature、 Science、JACS、PNAS、 Nature Chemistry、 Nature Nanotech gy等期刊發表論文330余篇，獲得ZL30項，論文引用超過20，000次。獲得多項科研及教學獎項，包括英國皇家化學學會應用無機化學獎、英國皇家化學會會員、美國科學促進協會會員、Jay and Ann Schenck 教授、優秀教學獎等，從2015到2018年，連續四年被湯森路透列入“高被引用科學家”名單。

報告題目：Analytical advances enabling environmental health resarch

　　University of Alberta, Canada. Prof.Chris Le is Distinguished University Professor and Canada Research Chair in Bioanalytical Technology and Environmental Health. University of Alberta. He is Director of the Analytical and Environmental Toxicology Division, University of Alberta.

　　Dr. Le received his PH.D. in Environmental/Analytical Chemistry from the University of British Columbia(1990-1993). He was recruited to the Faculty of Medicine in 1995 and was promoted through the ranks to Professor in 2003. He was elected Fellow of the Chemical Institute of Canada(2001), Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry(UK)(2016), and Fellow of the Academy of Science, Royal Society of Canada(2010). He is an Associate Editor for Environmental Health Perspectives and Editor-in-chief for Journal of Environmental Sciences.

　　His group actively pursues research involving bioanalytical chemistry and environmental health sciences. The ultrasensitive techiques and assays enable studies of the environment and human health.

報告題目：Redefinition of the SI-Mole

　　Bernd Güttler studied mineralogy at Leibnitz University Hannover, Germany and received his Ph.D in crystal physics in 1988 also in Hannover. Between 1987-1989 he was working as a research scientist on phase transition phenomena in solids at University of Cambridge, UK in the Department of Earth Sciences and later in the Interdisciplinary Research Centre (IRC) in Supercon ductivity at the Cavendish.

　　Laboratories at the same place. He joint PTB in 1990 and worked on solid state chemistry of functional materials. In 2002 he became responsible for the Department for Metrology in Chemistry. Since 2015 he is Head of Division for Chemical Physics and Explosion Protection at PTB. In Germany he is also coordinating a national network for metrology in chemistry comprising PTB and the Federal Institute for Material Research and Testing (BAM), the German Environmental Agency(UBA), the Federal Institute of Consumer Protection and Food Safety(BVL) and the German Society for Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (DGKL).

　　Bernd Güttler is representing PTB at the Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance: Metrology in Chemistry and Biology of the Meter Convention and is chairman of the Working Group on the Mole. He is also national contact person in the Technical Committee for Metrology in Chemistry (Tc-mc) of the European metrology organisation EURAMET and was chairman of this committee between 2007-2011. He also has a teaching position for Metrology in Chemistry at University of Braunschweig, Germany
